Fall Fete

At POP’s Fall Fete, we take time to appreciate those who support POP financially. Just like many non-profits, our work and our mission relies on financial help from various sources. From individuals to foundations to churches, donations are made with the belief that POP will be there, in the hospitals for loved ones and community members.

By becoming a donor, you join the community of POP. We want to honor that by showing you how much your support means to us. POP’s Fall Fete is an event designed to gather our donors and bring them together, helping to understand how POP works in and throughout these different communities.

“I wonder how many churches and charitable organizations realize that community is one of the greatest gifts they have to offer. If we ask for money, it means that we offer a new fellowship, a new brotherhood, a new sisterhood, a new way of belonging. We have something to offer – friendship, prayer, peace, love, fidelity, affection, ministry with those in need – and these things are so valuable that people are willing to make their resources available to sustain them.” – Rev. Henry Nouwen, A Spirituality of Fundraising
